This Pinterest API Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how Online ID ("we," "us," or "our") collects, processes, and protects data obtained through Pinterest’s Application Programming Interfaces (APIs). This Policy applies specifically to our use of Pinterest API services in the course of managing advertising campaigns and content for our clients.

2. Data We Collect

Through the Pinterest API, we may access and collect the following types of information:

Account Information: Pinterest account IDs and associated profile metadata.
Content Data: Information related to Pins, boards, and media uploaded to the platform.
Analytics and Performance Data: Metrics including, but not limited to, impressions, clicks, engagement rates, and daily/monthly campaign performance statistics.

3. Purpose of Data Processing

We utilize the data retrieved via Pinterest APIs for the following purposes:

Campaign Analysis & Reporting: To monitor campaign performance, generate insights, and provide detailed reporting to our clients.
Optimization: To improve the effectiveness of advertising strategies based on retrieved analytics.
Automated Content Management: To facilitate the automated scheduling and posting of content to Pinterest, which may be triggered by specific performance data or predefined criteria.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

Online ID respects user privacy and adheres to the following sharing protocols:

No Sale of Data: We do not sell, rent, or trade any data obtained via the Pinterest API to third parties.
Restricted Sharing: Analytics data is shared only with the respective client to whom the account belongs.
Legal Compliance: We do not share data with any other third party except when required to do so by law or to comply with a valid legal process.

5. Storage and Security

We implement reasonable and appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.

Retention: Performance and analytics data are stored only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined above.
Personal Data: Any personal data retrieved is kept to a strict minimum and is stored temporarily for a maximum of 24 hours before being deleted or anonymized.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Dutch data protection laws, users and account holders have the right to access, rectify, or request the deletion of their data.
